With a background in oil and gas, he made a purposeful shift to clean energy, driven by a vision for impact and growth. Daryl focuses on team strength, service excellence, and operational efficiency at scale. Specializing in residential solar, he has also mentored numerous consultants, shaping the next generation of talent in the renewable energy space.
